Conditions of Service
The Ontario Energy Board requires all Local Distribution Companies (LDCs) to establish and publish a Conditions of Service Document that communicates the types and level of service available to Customers within PUC Distribution’s service area. This document is available for download below.
The "General" section of the document contains references to services and requirements that are common to all Customer classes. This section covers items such as Rates, Billing, Hours of Work, Emergency Response, Power Quality, Available Voltages and Metering.
The "Customer Specific" section contains references to services and requirements specific to the respective Customer class. This section covers items such as Service Entrance Requirements, Delineation of Ownership, Special Contracts etc.
Other sections include the Glossary of Terms, Tables and References.
